March Elections

Election Packets are due by March 13th and can be dropped off at Discover PB (1503 Garnet Avenue). You can either turn them into Sara Berns or drop them in the drop box. As a reminder, candidates for the board must have attended at least one meeting in 2012 or attended the January 2013 meeting. There are two types of candidate positions, residential and business/commercial. Please refer to the PBPG By-Laws for complete details.

Elections for the PBPG will be held March 27th, 2013  4:45-6:30 at the PB library. Potential voters will sign a log sheet (one log sheet per Census Tract). Residential voters will need to present identification (e.g. driver’s license) an. address on a utility or phone bill will need to supplement the photo ID if the address on the ID is not current. Commercial voters will need to supplement their photo ID with a copy of their business license. Commercial designee voters will need to present a photo ID and a copy of the San Diego Business tax license.

Board Meetings: No December 2012 Meeting.

Board meetings are generally held on the 4th Wednesday of each month from 6:30pm to 8:30pm at the Pacific Beach Earl and Birdie Taylor Library, 4275 Cass Street, San Diego California 92109-3194.

  • November and December meetings are often cancelled, moved, or combined, to not interfere with the holidays.
  • The November 28 meetings was held as usual. The Board voted to cancel the December 26 meeting.

The first meeting of 2013 is scheduled for January 23, 2013.

Agendas are generally posted 72 hrs before each meeting on this website, and at the Earl and Birdie Taylor Library.
